Caribbean Trivia is provided to you free of charge. In order to finance game development, maintain high-speed servers, and create authentic Caribbean trivia questions, the Game is supported by third-party advertising, including Google Ads (Google AdSense) and affiliated ad exchanges.

By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree that:

Violations of this section will result in immediate termination of access to the Game and removal of any associated cloud leaderboard scores.

5 Virtual Currency & In-Game Cosmetic Items

Caribbean Trivia includes virtual "Carnival Coins" and unlockable masquerade avatars, headdresses, wings, and props. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual coins, masquerader items, and badges are entertainment assets with zero real-world monetary value.
• Virtual currency cannot be redeemed, transferred, traded, or exchanged for real money, goods, or financial compensation under any circumstances.
• We reserve the right to rebalance, modify, or reset in-game balances or items during gameplay updates.

6 Intellectual Property & Cultural Heritage

All software, game designs, trivia question databases, sound compositions, carnival graphics, and user interfaces are protected by intellectual property laws. Caribbean Trivia is created to celebrate and honor Caribbean and Latin American cultural heritage, including Trinidad Carnival, Crop Over, Junkanoo, Spicemas, and Calypso/Soca traditions.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, or publicly display our trivia questions or game assets without prior written consent.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

Caribbean Trivia is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from server outages. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your local browser storage if desired.
